Computer consulting and training

Provide computer training and consulting services.

Install, configure and troubleshoot Windows-based PC systems and networks.  

Provide instruction and training on use of applications, such as MS Word, WordPerfect, Act, and Excel, and customize these applications to automate tasks.
 
Design  

Designed and typeset reference books for DDC Publishing. My first book was Quick Reference Guide for dBASE IV in 1990. 
 
Authored and typeset numerous software and operating system reference books for DDC Publishing. 
 
Design forms, brochures, manuals, etc.,  and provide writing services related to these tasks. 

Design logos and create custom illustrations. 

Teaching  

Licensed teacher for the New York City Board of Education in 1975 - 1981. 
 
Computer instruction at  Drake Business School and Wagner College in Staten Island NY.
